GKI Foods has been crafting delicious chocolate confections since 1972. What began as a small chocolate and granola company in Brighton, Michigan has grown into one of the Midwest’s leading private-label confectionery manufacturers. Over the years, our chocolate creations quickly became the heart of our business, leading us to focus on expanding our chocolate production and retiring our original granola line.

Today, our 100,000-square-foot facility produces more than 60,000 pounds of confections each day. Our products are enjoyed across a wide range of channels—from major food and drug retailers to bulk distributors. We proudly produce a variety of confections, including panned, enrobed, and seasonal items, continuing a tradition of quality, growth, and innovation that has defined our company for more than 50 years.
